EICR’s are recommended for homeowners and are legally required for rental properties to ensure tenants are protected and electrical systems remain safe. The inspection helps detect issues early, reducing the risk of electrical faults, shocks or fire.
After the inspection, you will receive a detailed report outlining the condition of the installation and whether any remedial work is required.
